Experience the world and words of Edgar Allan Poe like you never have before.

THE STORY:

The Year is 1969.

After you Knock3xs your journey begins.

You are invited to join the gathering.

A new generation of the Poe Society hosts a cocktail party to commemorate the anniversary of the mysterious death of Edgar Allan Poe.

Drink, Eat & Mingle with The Society.

The “meeting”commences. The room is smudged for protection.

An otherworldly Medium arrives to reach out to the spirit of Poe.

A Seance ensues.

Poe’s spirit enters into the gathering.

The Seance goes awry!

What happens next? Find out for yourself.

Aaron Latta-Morissette as Tom

Having just completed his training at the William Esper Studio, Aaron could not be more excited about jumping into his first-ever immersive theatre production. He recently starred in the Off-Broadway trial-run of Flying Tigers Flying Away, as well as Jerry Finnegan’s Sister and Righteous: The Skateboard Play. You can see him in the upcoming feature-film The Alpines, set to hit festivals this summer, and short films such as Daybreak and Izzy; the latter of which he also produced. He's starred in music videos for Moon Taxi, Jay Pray, Sylar, and Tokyo Driftwood, appeared on both A&E and HBO, and is currently in development for one of his screenplays. Aaron would like to thank his family, friends, teachers, and mentors, all of whom helped guide him to where he is today.

Makaela Shealy as Anna

(she/her/hers) is an actor and writer based in NYC and originally from Gilbert, South Carolina. She frequently visits Poe's Tavern (the best place to get fish tacos on Sullivan's Island) on visits home and nerds out about "The Gold-Bug." Her poetry was recently published in Muse Pie Press' Shotglass Journal and is available online. Many thanks to the beautiful people who stick around to make me laugh when my sensibilities sink into southern gothic: Mom, Dad, Broski, Mu, Sim, Jiff, CAE and so many, many more.Prestige, you rock!! Johnny Pozzi as Jimmy 

Originally from the Green Mountain state of Vermont, Johnny Pozzi is a Brooklyn based Actor. He attended Fordham Lincoln Center for Performance where he studied under theatre giants such as Kenny Leon and Tina Benko. Recent credits include: “Cliff” in Hit the Wall, (Tribe Theatre Company)Paramour (Here Arts Collective at Access Theatre), the Tribe Theatre Company’s inaugural production of Punk Rock. TV credits include: The Punisher (Netflix), Blue Bloods (CBS). Johnny is a proud ensemble member of the Tribe Theatre Company.

Dara Kramer as Madam Harlow 

Dara originated the role of Madam Harlow in the Off-Broadway production of PTC’s The Cooping Theory. Other PTC productions: Antigone, L.N.O.E. Favorite credits include: Funeral Food (Horse Trade Theatre Co.), A Modern Prometheus and Redemption of the Vampire (Manahttan Rep.), Doubt (Sister James), Crimes of the Heart (Babe). Webseries: The Goodpie Girl. Animation: Ash Sparks. Dara is an audiobook narrator and producer whose work can be found on Audible and Amazon. Training: Binghamton University, London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Atlantic Acting School.

Samantha Lacey Johnson as Gina 

Samantha Lacey Johnson is so excited to be working with Poseidon Theatre Company again! After working on two different productions with P.T.C (The Cooping Theory and L.N.O.E) she is ready to continue the journey. Favorite credits include Virginia (The Cooping Theory: Who Killed Edgar Allen Poe? (P.T.C)Helen “Hustle” Jenkins in Welcome to the Doll Den (Electric Eye Ensemble), Grace Ansley in Roman Fever. Film/web series credits include Clover Pans in The Adventures of Hot Head (Timid Jester Productions), Recurring character Samanthu in Screen Crashers (Timid Jester Productions), Eva in The Spy and the Fence (pre-production). Bachelor of Fine Arts from Nebraska Wesleyan University and is currently studies with MN Acting Studio. Thanks go to the whole team for making this production come alive. A huge thank you to my Mom and sister for always supporting me and my dreams even though I’m so far away from home. Love you!

Brian Alford as Pledge Crispin Carlyle & Swing 

A multidisciplinary theatre artist working in New York. Previously he has performed in Paradiso, Simon Huck's A.Human, and The Secret Ball with Pseudonym Productions. In addition he wrote for and appeared in Genesis 22, by The Woolgatherers, and Paradiso's Alternate Reality Experience, The Path of Beatrice. He has played Off-Broadway in Yangtze Rep's Romulus the Great, and appeared in Keola Racela's horror-comedy, Porno, which premiered in March at SXSW. Upcoming: ZeroSpace and Rorschach Experience's Resistance.

Estelle Olivia as Pledge Cordelia Carlyle & Swing

Estelle is a Brooklyn based actor and writer. She received her MFA the Actors Studio Drama School in May. Favorite acting credits include: Our HouseDutchman, and Streetcar Named Desire (ASDS), Whiches (The CRY HAVOC Company), On Wednesdays (Joe’s Pub), The Tempest (Identity Theater with The Shakespeare Forum), Kitchen (New York New Works Fest), and Richard III (Secret Theatre). Favorite writing credits include: Picket Fence People and staged readings of Tender, Cross Match, and her feature length film Changeling (ASDS), and a workshop of Fond at Best (The CRY HAVOC Company). She received her BA in Theatre Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and has studied at The Upright Citizens Brigade, The British American Drama Academy, and Atlantic Acting School.
